Process
How we work: three phases, no mystery
Every engagement runs through Discovery, Development, and Deployment. Here is what happens in each phase, how long it takes, and what lands on your desk.
Discovery
Typical duration: 1 to 3 weeks
Before anyone writes code, we learn how your work actually flows. Discovery turns a vague automation idea into a scoped project with numbers attached.
What we do
- Map existing processes and identify automation opportunities
- Calculate potential ROI and establish success metrics
- Document user stories and requirements
- Select the right platforms and technologies
- Create a detailed project roadmap with clear milestones
What you can expect
- 2 to 3 discovery workshops with your stakeholders
- Process maps of the workflows in scope
- A project roadmap with timeline
- ROI projections and success metrics
- Technology recommendations
Outcome: A defined project scope with agreed KPIs.
Development
Typical duration: 4 to 12 weeks
Our team builds the agents, the integrations, and the guardrails, testing against your real workflows in a staging environment before anything touches production.
What we do
- Engineer the AI agent architecture and knowledge base
- Develop custom integrations with your existing systems
- Create automation workflows and business logic
- Implement security protocols and compliance measures
- Run iterative testing and performance optimization
What you can expect
- Regular progress updates and working demos
- Feedback cycles at each milestone
- Agents tuned to your domain and data
- Secure, compliance-aware infrastructure
- Testing in a staging environment before launch
Outcome: Working AI agents and automation workflows, validated against your processes.
Deployment
Typical duration: 2 to 4 weeks for initial deployment, then ongoing support
Launch is the start of the engagement, not the end. We deploy, train your team, watch the metrics, and keep improving the agents as your needs change.
What we do
- Deploy the solution to your production environment
- Train your team, with role-specific sessions for users, admins, and technical staff
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize as needed
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support
- Schedule regular reviews to identify expansion opportunities
What you can expect
- A controlled production rollout
- Live training plus documentation and recordings
- Performance monitoring against the KPIs set in Discovery
- A named point of contact for support
- Periodic reviews of results and next opportunities
Outcome: Agents in production, a trained team, and results you can measure against the Discovery baseline.
What you get each week
You should never wonder where your project stands. During Discovery, weeks are anchored by workshops and the process maps that come out of them. During Development, every week brings a progress update, and milestones come with a working demo and a feedback cycle. A dedicated implementation manager is your single point of contact from kickoff through launch.
Your side of the bargain is modest: plan on roughly 4 to 8 hours per week from key stakeholders during the first few weeks, tapering off as the build progresses. We need your people in discovery sessions, design reviews, and testing; we do not need them running the project.
Start with a Discovery conversation
Bring the process you want automated. We will tell you what a realistic scope, timeline, and budget look like before you commit to anything.
