Pricing

Pricing arrives with general availability

CraftAgent Builder is in early access. There is no price table here because there is no shipped price, and we will not invent one to fill a page.

How we are approaching it

The builder is in development with design partners. We publish pricing when it reaches general availability, once usage limits, model costs, and support load are grounded in measured partner workloads. Until then, any number on this page would be a guess dressed up as a plan.

What we can commit to now: early-access partners pay nothing to participate today, get founder terms when GA pricing is published, and see the numbers before anything applies to their account.

If you want to be in that first group, join the waitlist and tell us what you want an agent to do.

Available today

Need agents in production before GA?

Our services team builds and operates custom agents now, on the same model layer and Truth-First grounding the builder ships with. Services pricing is published, with standard tiers and a custom enterprise track.

Early-access pricing questions

When will product pricing be published?

When CraftAgent Builder reaches general availability. We set prices after query volumes, model costs, and support load have been measured against real partner workloads, not before. Publishing a price table for a product still in design-partner development would mean inventing the numbers, and we will not do that.

What do early-access partners get?

A guided onboarding where we build your first agent with you, a direct line to the team, real influence on the roadmap while it is still being set, and founder terms when GA pricing is published. Early access itself does not carry a fee today; partners contribute use cases and feedback.

What happens to early-access accounts when GA pricing lands?

Partners move to GA plans on founder terms agreed before the switch. You will see the pricing before it applies to you, and nothing converts silently. Agents, knowledge sources, and integrations carry over as they are.

I need agents in production now. What are my options?

The CraftAgent services team designs, builds, and operates custom agents today on the same architecture, with published tiers. Many services clients will be natural builder customers later, and that path is part of how we have designed the engagement.
