Annual commitment: commit for a year and every plan gets a 15% discount. That is the only discount mechanism; there is no negotiation theater.
Overage: if you exceed your monthly query limit, additional usage is billed per query. You get alerts at 80% and 90% of your limit, so the first you hear of it is never the invoice.
Proof of concept instead of a free trial: a trial of a custom service does not make much sense, so we offer a no-cost proof of concept for qualified businesses. You see the value with your own use case before committing to a full implementation.

How long is a typical engagement?
Plans are billed monthly and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. For monthly plans, changes take effect at the next billing cycle. For annual plans, you can upgrade at any time; downgrades or cancellations take effect when the current term ends. Most clients stay because the agents keep producing, not because a contract makes them.
What counts as a query?
A query is one request handled by one of your agents: a customer question answered, a document processed, a workflow step executed. We confirm the exact counting rules for your agents during scoping, and you get usage alerts at 80% and 90% of your monthly limit so consumption never surprises you.
How does the no-cost proof of concept work?
